As of April 2009, the following ministries are prescribed under the Environmental Bill of Rights. (Click on a ministry name to see all relevant ECO articles.) Each prescribed ministry has a Statement of Environmental Values ("SEV"), which the ministry must consider when it makes an environmentally significant decision.
